A blend of Cinsault (55%), Tempranillo (35%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) from a single vineyard in the Bekaa Valley, Levantine de Musar stands out for its depth of fruit and natural elegance. Its deep red colour with violet hues leads into an expressive nose of red and dark berries, cherries and plums, complemented by hints of tobacco and spice. The palate is richly fruited and precise, supported by soft tannins and fresh acidity that bring energy and length. Unoaked and aged in concrete vats, the wine places purity of fruit and a natural expression of the terroir at the forefront. Its freshness and silky texture make it a versatile partner for grilled meats, roast lamb or generously spiced Mediterranean dishes.

Founded in 1930 by Gaston Hochar, Château Musar draws inspiration from both Lebanon’s 6,000-year-old winemaking tradition and the great wines of Bordeaux. Based in Ghazir, the estate works vineyards in the Bekaa Valley, notably around Aana and Kefraya, where gravel and limestone soils contribute to the character of its wines. A pioneer of organic farming in Lebanon since 2006, Château Musar follows a non-interventionist philosophy, allowing terroir, vintage and blending to express themselves freely while giving its wines the ability to evolve over time. Today, its wines are recognised around the world for their finesse, individuality and remarkable ageing potential.
